MHR = Qualified, Approved, Experienced
All of our staff are required to have an enhanced DBS and First Aid training. Staff have plenty of experience with all of the services that we offer and regularly have training to keep up to date with relevant training such as sports courses and Safeguarding training.

School Assessments
Regular assessments will be made to ensure progression is evident for each individual. Formative assessment’s will be made throughout lessons to inform future learning/lesson adaptation.
Summative will take place at the end of each half term/ in line with school’s assessment arrangements. These formal assessments will be communicated to class teacher or head of PE as/when needed. The terminology for assesments will typically include. ‘ working towards’, ‘working at expected’, or ‘ exceeding;’ however, should a school use different terms, assessments will be adapted accordingly.
Our flexibility and ability to adapt will ensure individual schools needs are met.
