All of our staff are required to have an enhanced DBS and First Aid training. Staff have plenty of experience with all of the services that we offer and regularly have training to keep up to date with relevant training such as sports courses and Safeguarding training.

PPA Cover & Curriculum PE Session
We are very flexible with what we offer, by this we mean we offer a wide variety of different sports that are within the school’s requirements and to match the curriculum that is in place, these include:
All of our sessions are planned thoroughly before hand and are progressive as the term goes on to ensure students can develop to their full potential. All lesson plans are structured to meet the standards of the school and OFSTED. We are very flexible and we can either use our own lesson plans which will be in-line with the schools long-term plans, or we can deliver the sessions based on the lesson plans provided.
If it was more than one coach that you required and we had come to an agreement to do so, we would like to ensure that the same coach would teach the same class weekly, this is to ensure continuity with both staff and the children with the same coach teaching the same class every week.
This allows the coach to provide clear assesments on the classes and to build that level of trust with the children which is key when teaching within a school. If there is an unforeseen circumstance which means the coach is unavailable, cover will be provided by another coach.
If due to bad weather sessions that were planned cannot go ahead and the hall space is unavailable or in use, we offer theory lesson based sessions solely based around the sport they are learning about.
