MHR = Qualified, Approved, Experienced
All of our staff are required to have an enhanced DBS and First Aid training. Staff have plenty of experience with all of the services that we offer and regularly have training to keep up to date with relevant training such as sports courses and Safeguarding training.

Lunchtime Coach Supervisor
During lunchtime we appreciate the lack of space that is available and fully understand that children most definitely must be having fun during this period of time which is why we offer non-curriculum based sessions during lunchtimes. We provide fully supervised games during break time either on the playground, field or space provided. The competitive level is balanced to suit the group and tackling any unacceptable behaviour is within the school’s guidelines and policies.
Lunch-time play can be quite problematic for children outside the classroom environment due to not being actively involved in a task, activity or game. Having a coach to supervise and lead games sessions during this time where children are not involved in a activity is a great way to tackle this problem.
